La Pryor Classified Ad Listings Wanted

Recently acquired a property in Concan, TX and am planning on renting it out. As I don't live in the area, I'm looking for some locals that would be interested in cleaning the house after renters check out and also a "handyman" that could help with any issues renters may have. This is a NOT a full-time job. This would be ideal for someone that just wants to make some income on the side.
